*If you have already send an inquiry through the wowbantayan website please wait for the reply from the website admin or have been in communication with Paul James (wowbantayan admin), please do not contact us anymore. Booking through wowbantayan is considered as booking through travel agency, wowbantayan does not own the resort.

For Local Guests:

– If you are staying longer than 1 night/more than 1 room we will be requiring a 50% deposit of the charges for the entire stay. We will be sending you our account details after confirmation of booking. However guests staying for 1 night with no deposit (reservation not guarantee) will be release after 1:30 p.m., unless late arrival is advised.

Cancellation Policy :

If you have already made the deposit 1 week before your arrival, there will be no refund upon cancellation of reservation.

For International Guests:

– Since bank charges are very high, we will not be requiring a deposit however we would like to request for an update with the status of your booking or changes with the booking. For cancellation of booking please inform us 1 week or earlier so we  can accomodate other reservation.
